This Bowens RD-6210 adapter attaches to a Speedring or Quickring, allowing a softbox to be fitted to a Bowens standard 'S' type accessory bayonet fitting.

This speed ring insert adapts the universal outer ring for the current Series 2 model Calumet/Bowens flash heads. It will not fit earlier Series 1 heads.
